JENNA SNYDER, MS, OTR/L
Owner/Occupational Therapist

I'm so glad you are here! I have been helping children and families learn and grow since 2000, starting with my adventures as a hippotherapy volunteer and behavior technician. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in 2012.
​
Shortly after graduating I began my career working in the school system (Pre-K through High School) for both Cherokee and Fulton Counties. I also have experience in the clinical setting, having worked in several different private clinics since 2013.
​
I live in Cumming, GA with my fiancee Josh, our daughter Maddy, and our two beautiful dogs, Ruby and Stella.
​
​In early 2019 I decided to put to use the things I have learned over my career and open my own therapy clinic out of our home in Cumming! We have grown and expanded to Alpharetta as well, partnering with Little Listeners.

Before I was an OT I was involved with ABA. At the end of my degree program I learned about the DIR/Floortime method and it changed my entire practice. I have spent every day since trying to help families learn alternatives to ABA for their children.
At Focus on Function our goal is to support your family's journey no matter what it looks like. I am passionate about raising our children in the most trauma-free, emotionally-healthy way we can.

CAYLA WOODBURN, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist - Woodstock
Hello! I grew up in the metro Atlanta area, and I currently live in Cherokee County. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am passionate about occupational therapy, and I love working alongside children and their families to promote meaningful and functional lives.
My interests include primitive reflex integration, environmental modifications, sensory integration, and occupational adaptations.
When I’m not working, I enjoy sipping on an iced coffee, traveling, spending time with my family and boyfriend, playing with my dogs, and cheering on Xavier basketball.
I look forward to assisting you, your child, and your family through this occupational therapy journey.
Katelyn Warren, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist - Alpharetta & Cumming
Hi! I grew up in the Roswell area and made my way up to Cumming several years ago. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of OT settings—including hospitals, home health, pediatrics, and mental health. I also continue to serve as a clinical adjunct at Brenau University mentoring graduate-level students in occupational therapy practice. Over the past few years, I’ve found my way back to my passion of working with children and families—and now I’m thrilled to be part of the team at FOF!
I bring a strong background in trauma and attachment to my work, having completed a three-year certification in Somatic Experiencing and a two year attachment training in Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe). I’m also actively engaged in DIR/Floortime training to better support the role that social and emotional development play in our lives. I’m deeply curious about the “why” behind the behaviors and symptoms we see, and I believe that understanding the nervous system, attachment patterns, and sensory integration is key to truly knowing and supporting our kids (and ourselves!).
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me recharging in my backyard and at home with my husband, two dogs, two cats, and five chickens. I’m an aspiring homesteader on a journey to grow my own food, sew, and embrace a more hands-on lifestyle. I’m also a lifelong learner—always studying something new—so feel free to ask me what I’m currently diving into!
Evelyn Kidd, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist - Cumming
Hey Guys! I was born and raised in New Jersey, and also lived in Illinois for about 8 years before moving to Georgia. I received my Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016. My undergraduate degree is from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey.
I love what I do and have explored many facets of the profession, before settling in to what suits me best (pediatrics!). I have practiced in adult outpatient rehab, day rehab neurorehabilitation and lymphedema, as well as adult home health care. I practiced in pediatric early intervention (from birth to three), which continues to be a favorite setting of mine. I have also practiced hippotherapy (therapy with the help of horses!) and have level 1 and 2 AHA certifications. Lastly, I am an Advanced Mentored Clinician with the Start Institute for Sensory Processing. I have completed the Advanced Intensive Mentorship Level 1 certification. My level 2 certification will be completed soon! I enjoy the complexity of sensory processing and teaching families new ways to understand, play and connect to each other through a sensory-processing and relationship-based lense.
I am a mom of two amazing kids, JJ and Lily, and a wife to my husband Jason. We have three large dogs that we adopted. In my free time I love to hike, volunteer at local animal shelters, visit museums, and do anything nature-based with my family.
I love building lasting relationships with my little clients and their families. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child and their family meet their goals. I can't wait to get to know you and work together soon!
Loren Kline, BS, COTA/L
Occupational Therapist - Cumming
I’m a COTA with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and an associate’s in Occupational Therapy, and I’ve spent my career working in pediatrics and geriatrics across home health, early intervention, outpatient clinics, ABA programs, and skilled nursing. I’ve worked with a wide range of kids, especially autistic children, and I love figuring out what makes each child light up. I’m always learning, always curious, and currently exploring additional training in DIR/Floortime, feeding, and facial work.
Creativity is a huge part of how I connect with kids. I love turning simple, everyday ideas into therapy activities that actually feel fun and meaningful. My problem-solving brain kicks in fast, and I enjoy breaking skills down, adapting materials, and helping kids build independence in ways that fit their real lives. Talking with families, brainstorming solutions, and being genuinely helpful is the heart of my work.
Outside of sessions, I’m a wife and mom to a lively six-year-old, a crafter who can turn anything into a project, and someone on a personal wellness journey who’s finally stepping into herself. I love learning, making things, and finding little pockets of joy throughout the day. No matter where I am, I’m showing up with creativity, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.

Hi! My name is Susie. I was born in upstate New York. That said, I’ve lived in four states and 2 countries. Now I am happily planted in North Carolina with my husband and fur babies. While NC will always be our home, we hope to travel extensively by camper to explore our country.
I am fortunate to work remotely with FoF as the Admin. Usually, I’m the first person you talk to about getting your kiddo ready to be seen by our wonderful therapists. It is a joy to work with the team and our families. I love knowing that we are helping you and your kids be their best selves.

Operations Manager
Hello! I’m thrilled to be the Operations Manager at Focus on Function. With a solid background in both project and office management, I’m here to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our therapists to concentrate on what they do best: providing exceptional care to your children.

In my role, I focus on streamlining processes, managing appointments, and enhancing communication to make your experience as seamless as possible. My goal is to support every aspect of our operations to better serve your child's therapy needs and your family's experience.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my fiance and our three daughters. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, furthering my commitment to health, well-being and family support.
